Breaking through limiting beliefs

Results are directly connected to intention
When our intention changes so do our results

Breaking through limiting beliefs is possible as soon as we realise those beliefs are holding us back.
This realisation can take some time as often those beliefs are picked up when we are young, as children from our parents, teachers and other significant people in our lives.

We tend to think we are not enough or are undeserving of certain achievements.
If such beliefs no longer serve us, then it is time to stop using them and replace them with more resourceful ones.
I’m encouraged by A A Milne’s thoughts in Winnie The Pooh where he says-

“You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, smarter than you think and loved more than you’ll ever know”.
