Bridging the gap = the distance you need to move to get from where you are to where you want to be or do or achieve.

 

The gap is the difference between where you want to be and where you are now!

In order to move from where you are now and what you desire as an outcome or a goal, requires you to firstly get clear on what you want and secondly, discover your reason why you want it? Ensure it is important to you.

Next you need to do something , take massive action , change your thinking or your emotional state and remove any limiting thinking or behaviours.

We already know our past does not determine our future!

It is important to learn from our past or our experiences.

More importantly is what you make those learnings  or lessons mean

to you as you go on your journey through life.

That is the most critical and powerful thing you can do for yourself.

Make those meanings resourceful for yourself and if they’re not change them so they are.

In other words change the lessons to be positive and guiding you to to some higher purpose

even though some of those memories may be painful or not clear to you at first .
