Resilience, what is it? Is it overrated?

Resilience is the ability to bounce back after challenges, adversity, failure and tough times. right now with Covid19 challenges, people are anxious, stressed and having difficulty coping with the extra uncertainty of living, working and connecting with others.

We will all have these challenges throughout our life.

What is important is what we do about them and how we respond to them.

Life coaching focuses on meeting people where they are at, discovering what they want and helping them find strategies to achieve those goals or outcomes quickly. So it’s more about persisting and staying the course to achieve what we want.

In short, it’s about results or the outcome we want.

The more flexible we can be the more likely we can get the outcome we want.
