Why do this?

It gives direction and meaning to your life.

We are here for a reason and for a brief time.

When you focus on what you want and what really matters in your life it allows you to be less distracted and more centred on your goals/outcome and more able to achieve your desired results.

We have so many distractions around us these days; technology – smart phones, internet, computers, mp3 players, TV, PS4 players, cars and so on.

It is easy to lose sight of what matters, get distracted and get off track.

Some people live a life of “quiet desperation”, thinking they are not enough, instead of a life of purpose involving celebration, gratitude, abundance and joy.

Yes, there will be times of sadness, grief, loss and uncertainty, just as there is darkness, light and shades of grey.

It is all part of life’s tapestry and we can only know joy if we are open to it and in the words of Bren’e Brown, allow ourselves to be vulnerable enough and open to experience it.

Along the way, we receive feedback from our choices (sometimes dressed up as failure) and it is important to treat these as feedback, to learn from them and not take them personally.

Time frame

This program usually takes 5 weeks allowing time to get the exercises, do them and return them to me for feedback. If you want one one-on-one coaching, each session is usually an hour, in person, one-to-one, over the phone or on zoom, if that works for you.

Otherwise you can do each module in your own time and contact me if you need clarification, have a question or get stuck.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)- neuro meaning thought, how we think; linguistic meaning language, how we communicate; and programming is to do with how it is put together or how we process information to be more resourceful to us or how we make sense of our world.

NLP provides us with tools to manage our own brain and control our states, emotions and behaviours. In other words, it is a way or method to achieve maximum results easily and quickly by modelling effective thinking and communication.
